What People are Saying...

  • Carolyn’s workshops for seniors during the pandemic came at a time when connection to community was deeply lacking. Through her thoughtful guidance, participants were able to identify and process emotions - some reaching back decades and gain practical tools to support a healthier path forward. Just as meaningful, the workshops fostered genuine friendships and connections that extended well beyond the sessions themselves and remain strong years later. Her impact has been both profound and lasting.

  • I enjoyed the Essa Library Senior course and meditation sessions. I found Carolyn to be a very caring and understanding person. Because of the sessions I am now able to meditate easier than I did previously. Carolyn is a great person very loving and giving of herself for needs of others.

  • I had the absolute pleasure of participating in Carolyn’s Health and Wellness Series at the Angus Library, and I can honestly say it was a truly enriching and meaningful experience. The course content was thoughtfully presented, easy to understand, and highly relevant for seniors. Each session touched on important topics such as mindfulness, stress relief, gratitude, and overall well-being in a way that felt both practical and uplifting. I walked away with new insights and simple techniques that I continue to use in my daily life.
